Pies & Tarts

Fruit pies: The 5-inch or "wee" fruit pies we generally carry, depending on the availablity of some of the key ingredients, include: Apple, Cherry, Peach, Pecan, Pumpkin, or Strawberry rhubarb. All are made with a flaky, buttery pie crust.

If you wish to have a larger 9-inch version for you and your guests, these are made to order and we suggest that you bake them at home. [You can even say you made it yourself. We won’t tell.]

Our Key Lime Pie uses a flan crust baked with our own GF graham wafer crumbs.

Savoury meat pies: Ground beef or Chicken vegetable are available weekly. Chicken Mushroom, Steak & potato, or Tourtière are made as time permits.

Quiche: Sundried-tomato with spinach or Mixed vegetable quiche are made weekly. All our quiches use goat’s milk cheddar.

Squares & Bars

Chocolate Almond squares (vegan), Cherry cheesecake brownies, Chocolate chunk brownies, Buttertart squares, Date squares, Lemon squares, Nanaimo bars, Raspberry squares, and Twice-baked brownies are all part of our regular line-up.
